Spaghetti with sausages and green pepper - Spaghetti con salsiccia e pepperoni verdi















How to make :
Ingredients : 2 tbs olive oil,100 gr chopped sausage( Cabanos),1/2 chopped green pepper,750 ml tomatoes juice,50-70 ml single cream,salt,pepper,1 tbs sugar,500 gr spaghetti.
Boil the pasta according with the instructions and set aside.
Fry for 8-10 mins the sausages and the pepper,pour the tomatoes juice,sugar,salt and pepper,then bake for 15-20 mins.Turn off the heat and stir in the cream.Pour the sauce over the boiled pasta and serve with grated Parmesan.
