How to make :
Crust : 2 cups flour, 1 tsp salt,1/2 cup oil,1/4 cup milk.Stir all together and rest in fridge for at least 30 mins. Roll out 2 crusts for 25 cm pie.
Filling : 3/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup flour, 1/2 tsp cinnamon/nut meg, 6 apples peeled and cut in cubes,2 tbs butter,mix all together.
Put the bottom crust in a pie pan,put the filling,top with the second crust and pinch together.Cut two slits on the top of the pie and bake for 30 mins at 220 C.
