Cod in breadcrumbs - Cod pane


















How to make:
1 kg cod fillets,200 ml oil,2 eggs,100 gr plain flour,100 gr breadcrumbs,salt, pepper.
Beat the eggs.Sprinkle the flour and breadcrumbs onto separates plates,seasoning flour with salt and pepper.Lightly coat the cod fillets in seasoned flour,then dip them into eggs.Coat them in breadcrumbs,then fry until golden brown. Serve with lemon wedges and vegetables saute or garlic sauce.
