Roast chicken legs on the lid - Pulpe pui la capac























How to make :
Season the chicken legs with salt,pepper,thyme,oregano,paprika,garlic and set aside for 20 mins.
Use a pan (20 cm diam) ,fill it with 2 liters of water,then put the lid upside down and place the chicken over the lid. Bake into the oven at 200 C for 25 to 35 mins.Serve with fried potatoes and garlic sauce.
