White bread - Paine alba

How to make :
500 gr flour,350 warm water,12 gr yeast,2 tsp salt,2 tsp sugar,4 tbs olive oil.
Put the sifted flour into a large bowl and stir in the salt,sugar and yeast.Make a well in the center and pour in 350 ml tepid water and the oil.Gradually mix the flour into the water,using a wooden spoon to make a soft,slightly dough. Cover loosely with a clean tea-towel and leave into the fridge at least 6 - 8 hours.
Preheat the oven at 200 C.Preheat a pan with a lid on (20 cm diameter)for 10 -15 mins. Put the dough into the hot pan, put the lid on and bake at 200 C for about 25 - 35 mins.
