How to make:
200 gr butter,250 gr sugar,2 eggs,100 ml cider,salt,6 apples,1 tsp baking soda,1 tsp cinnamon,1 orange zest.
Preheat the oven at 160 C.
Cut the apples in slices. Melt 75 gr butter in a large saucepan,add 100 gr sugar,1 tsp cinnamon, 1 tbs muscovado sugar,the apples and cook on slow heat for 10 - 15 mins,or until the apples are soft.
Stir together the eggs,the rest of the melted butter and the sugar,a pinch of salt,200 gr flour,100 ml apple cider,1 orange zest and 1 tsp baking soda.
Arrange the apple slices into a baking try pour over the dough and bake into the oven for 20 - 25 mins.
Get a serving plate larger than your pan and put on top of the pan,then quickly turn it out. Allow to cool for 5 mins,then dived and serve with a spoonful of cream frache or ice cream.
