Chiken with cream - Ciulama pui














How to make:
Ingredients: 500 gr chicken meat(breast or legs),2 tbs plain flour,200 ml double cream,salt,pepper,thyme,3 tbs oil,200 - 300 ml soup/chicken stock+water.
Season the chicken with salt,pepper,thyme,flour and fry it for 5-7 mins,add the soup/chicken stock+water and cook for 20 mins,then add the double cream and leave to cook for further 8-10 mins.
Serve with polenta and garlic sauce or rise.
