How to make :
Base : chocolate sponge cake similar with Carol fondant cake.
Filling 1 : dark chocolate,whipped cream and blackcurrant jam.
Filling 2 : dark,milk and white chocolate mousse.
Decorate with Royal icing,edible pearls and dust,fondant icing sugar and chocolate fondant icing sugar.
