Chicken breast with white wine - Piept de pui cu vin alb - Petto di pollo al vino bianco

How to make : 4 chicken breasts,salt,pepper,1/2 tsp paprika,thyme,1-2 chopped cloves garlic,150 - 175 ml white wine.
Season the chicken breasts with salt,thyme,pepper and paprika,then put the meat into a tray add the wine.Preheat the oven to 200 C.
Bake in the oven at 200 C,for 15 -20 mins. Take out the tray and sprinkle over the meat  the chopped garlic.
Serve with green salad and Jacket potatoes.
