Penne with ragu & mushroom sauce - Penne cu sos ragu si ciuperci - Penne al sugo ragu e funghi porcini













How to make:
Ingredients: 500 gr penne(pasta). Boil the pasta according with the instructions, drain and set aside.
Ragu & mushroom sauce: 500 gr beef mince meat,2 medium chopped onions,1 chopped clove garlic,300 gr chopped mushroom,50 ml red wine,1/2 sliced chili,75 ml cream,750 ml tomatoes
juice,salt,a pinch of ground cinnamon,black pepper,1 tsp sugar,50 ml olive oil.
200 gr chopped mushrooms,1 ball mozzarella,150 gr grated cheese.
Ragu & mushroom sauce: heat a dash of olive oil in a large frying pan over a high heat.Fry the mince until browned all over.Remove the mince from the pan.Add another dash of oil to the pan over a medium heat.Gently fry the onion and the garlic,add the mince and chopped mushroom back into the pan together with tomatoes juice,wine,cinnamon,salt,pepper,chili and sugar and cook for further 25 - 30 min.Turn off the heat and stir in the cream.Pour the sauce over the boiled and drained pasta and serve with grated Parmesan or grated mozzarella.
