Spicy chicken legs - Pulpe pui picante - Pollo picante















How to make:
Ingredients : 8 chicken legs,2 tbs sesame seeds and marinade sauce.
Marinade the chicken meat for 3 hours in this marinade sauce: mix 300 ml rose wine,1 small chopped red onion,1 tbs sugar,75 ml ketchup,4-6 tbs dark soy sauce,2 tbs sweet chili sauce,4 tbs brown sauce,1/2 tbs hot pepper sauce,2 tbs olive oil and pour over the chicken meat.
Line a baking tray with baking paper,take out the meat from the marinade sauce sprinkle over sesame seeds and bake for 25- 30 mins in the preheated oven at 200 C.
Serve with saute vegetables .
