Beef in mustard sauce - Vita in sos de mustar - Manzo con salsa alla senape
How to make:
Ingredients: 600 gr beef,50 ml oil,2 tbs flour,salt,pepper,2 tbs Dijon mustard,125 ml milk,500 - 600 ml water (soup).
Marinade: mix 300 ml rose wine,1 small chopped red onion,1 tbs sugar,75 ml ketchup,4-6 tbs dark soy sauce,2 tbs sweet chili sauce,2 sliced garlic cloves,4 tbs brown sauce,1/2 tbs hot pepper sauce,2 tbs olive oil.
Marinade the meat for at least 24 hours.
Fry the meat in oil for 8 mins add the flour and cook for another 2-3 mins,Add the soup and cook until the meet is tender,pour the milk and stir in the mustard leave on the heat for further 8-10 mins.
Serve with Serbian rise or mash potatoes.
