Pastry with apricot jam - Pateuri cu gem caise - Pasta sfoglia con confettura di albicocche

How to make:
Ingredients: 500 gr puff pastry, apricot jam.
Roll out a sheet of puff pastry and cut in squares 10 x 10 cm,put a tsp of jam on each square.Seal the edges with water,fold in triangle and press the edges with a fork.
Bake for 12 - 15 mins,in preheated oven at 200 C.
Allow to cool and sprinkle over some vanilla icing sugar.
