Vanilla cake - Prajitura cu vanilie - Dolce a vanilla

How to make :
Sheets dough: 1 egg,12 tablespoons sugar,12 tablespoons milk,12 tablespoons oil,1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 tsp vanilla extract,350 - 400 gr flour.Mix the ingredients and finally add the flour.Dived the dough in 4 equal parts.Roll each part in a sheet(25 x 30 cm) ,bake each sheet on the back of a try (25 x 30 cm) greased with a little bit of oil.Bake the sheets at 180 Celsius for about 5 minutes.
Vanilla cream: 700 ml milk,200 gr sugar,1 tsp vanilla extract/1 bean of vanilla, 6 tablespoons plain flour,150 gr butter.Mix in a non stick pan the sugar,milk,flour,vanilla,on a low heat.Stir continuously  until the cream get a thick consistency similar with cream frache consistency.After the cream has cooled stir in the butter beforehand.
In a baking try,lay the first sheet,add one part of vanilla cream,then another sheet and so on,until finish.Allow to cool in fridge for 4 hours .Cover the cake with icing sugar and portion the cake in cubes..
