How to make:
Ingredients: 10 sheets filo pastry,50 gr melted butter or olive oil.
Filling:500 gr mix mince meat (turkey,beef,pork),200 gr mash potatoes,100 gr sliced mushroom,150 gr grated cheese,100 gr Camembert cheese,salt,pepper,1 egg,1/2 half chopped onion.
Glaze:50 ml yogurt or cream,poppy seeds.
Preheat the oven to 200 C.
Grease all filo pastry sheets with melted butter or olive oil.Grease with oil a baking tray 30 cm x 40 cm.
Mix all ingredients.
Lay 4 sheets of filo pastry in a tray add half of the mixture lay another 4 sheets,add the rest of the mixture,lay another 2 sheets,brush with cream and sprinkle over some poppy seeds and a bit of grate cheese.
Bake in the oven for about 25 - 30 mins or until golden brown.
