Muffins with mix berries - Muffins cu fructe de padure - Muffins ai frutti di bosco

How to make :
Ingredients : 300 gr mix berries,3 eggs,200 gr flour,100 gr sugar,100 ml double cream or 100 ml yogurt,4 tbs oil,1 tsp baking soda, 3 strawberries slices.

Preheat the oven to 200 C.

Grease and flour or line with baking paper a muffins tray.

Stir together the eggs with sugar,add the oil,cream or yogurt,flour and baking soda.Pour the mixture in a muffins tray and arrange randomly the fruits on top of the mixture.

Bake at 200 C for 25 - 35 mins.Allow to cool and sprinkle over the muffins some icing sugar and decorate with slices of strawberries.
