How to make:
Ingredients : 1 base vanilla sponge cake,1 tin of apricot compote,100 gr physalis fruits,100 ml whipped cream,200 gr toffee.
Decorate with apricots halves and physalis fruits.
Pour the juice from the apricot compote over the vanilla base.Spread the whipped cream then add the caramel/toffee,arrange the apricot halves and physalis fruits and chill for 2 hours before serving.
Toffee : 100 gr butter,100 gr brown sugar,395 gr condensed milk.Melt the butter and sugar into a non-stick pan over a low heat,stirring all the time until the sugar has dissolved,add the condensed milk and bring to a rapid boil for about a minute,stirring all the time for a thick golden caramel.
