Orange & orange jam cookies - Fursecuri cu portocala si gem de portocala - Biscotti all arancia e confettura di arancie

How to make:
Ingredients : 2 eggs, 2 tbs grate orange peel, 8 tbs sugar, 8 tbs melted butter, 4 tbs cream, 4 tbs milk, 1 tsp baking soda, 350 - 400 gr plain flour,fondant icing sugar,orange jam.
Preheat the oven at 175 C.
Mix the ingredients until the dough will became firm,allow to cool in the fridge for 10 - 15 mins. Roll out a sheet 1.5 cm thickness and cut the cookies.Bake into the oven for 8 - 10 mins. Glaze each cookie with orange jam and decorate with fondant icing sugar.
