Ruffles & orchid cake - Tort cu volane si orhidee - Torta con volante e orchidea
















How to make :
Base 1 : vanilla sponge cake .
Base 2 : fingers lady .
Filling 1 : apricot jam and double cream .
Filling 2 : dark chocolate mousse .
Cover with vanilla butter cream .
Decorate with fondant icing sugar .
