How to make :
Ingredients : 200 gr dark chocolate,200 gr unsalted butter,3 eggs,3 egg yolks,100 gr sugar,4 tbsp maple syrup,60 gr plain flour.
Heat the oven to 220 C.
Melt the chocolate and separately melt the butter then mix with chocolate.
Separately mix the eggs with egg yolks and sugar til look like raw meringue. Fold the chocolate mixture ,add maple syrup than stir in the flour.
Butter and flour 8 ramekins (10 cm diam) and spoon in the mixture so its fills about three quarters of each ramekin.
Bake in preheated oven for 11 mins.
Serve with cream or ice cream.
