Instant coffee & walnut cake - Tort cu ness si cafea - Torta instant cafe e nocci

How to make:
Base: 150 gr butter,200 gr flour,200 gr ground walnut. Mix all ingredients,the dough is thick and similar with the biscuits dough. Grease and flour a 25 cm diam tray,lay the dough and bake in the preheated oven at 180 C for 15-20 min.
Cream/Filling: Mix 500 gr sugar with 125 ml water and 6 teaspoons instant coffee ,boil together for 20 - 25 mins,then stir in 6 white eggs very well beaten before (until soft peaks).Pour the mixture on top of the base and bake for 30-40 mins.Allow to cool and decorate with 150 gr beaten cream,few cherries from compote,ground walnut and grated chocolate.Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
