Cheese,ham & mushrooms roll - Rulou cu branza ham si ciuperci

How to make:
Base : 100 ml sparkling water,100 ml oil,1/2 sachet dried yeast,300 gr flour,stir together and allow to coll into the fridge for 1 hour.
Filling : 200 gr grated cheese,4 tbs creamy cheese,200 gr chopped ham,200 gr mushrooms,100 gr spring onion.
Cut the dough in 4 parts, roll and fill each part of the dough,then bake in a baking try,into the oven at 200 C, for 30 -35 mins.
