Roses bread - Paine trandafir - Pane rose

How to make:
Ingredients : 10 gr dried yeast,250 ml milk,500 gr flour,1 tsp sugar,2 tsp salt, 2 eggs slightly beaten,2 tbs olive oil,100 gr butter melted and cooled,poppy seeds,1 egg yolk .
Sift the flour and put it in a bowl,add yeast,salt,sugar and mix.Add milk,eggs,olive oil,butter and mix.Knead the dough ,for about 10 mins,until the dough became elastic.Cover the dough and leave to rise in a warm place for 90 mins.Cut the dough in 8 equal parts and leave to rise for 10 mins.
Roll out each part as shown bellow and brush them with melted butter,then overlap and roll it will result 4 rolls. Cut the ends of the roll(left/right) and place them cut side down.Cut the remaining parts in triangles like as shown.
Preheat the oven to 200 C.
Lay a baking paper into a pan (25 cm diameter) and place the dough.Allow to rise for 20 mins,brush with yolk egg,sprinkle some poppy seeds and bake for about 40 mins.
