Cupcakes : 250 gr plain flour,125 gr brown sugar,1 egg,75 gr melted butter,2 tsp baking powder,a pinch of salt, 250 ml milk,1/2 tsp vanilla flavoring,150 gr chopped white chocolate,fondant icing sugar for decorations.
Preheat the oven to 200 C.
Mix the dry ingredients:flour with sugar,salt,baking powder and 100 gr chocolate.
In a separate bowl mix the egg with milk,melted butter and vanilla flavoring ,then combine with dry ingredients.Stir until the consistency will became smooth. Place 20 paper cases into a muffins tin,fill the cases only 3/4 and sprinkle over the cupcakes the rest of 50 gr chocolate,then bake into the oven at 200 C for about 20 mins.Allow to cool and decorate with pineapple butter cream and dried pineapple .
