Salty flowers - Flori sarate - Fiori salate




















How to make:
Ingredients : 400 gr puff pastry, 200 gr slices of ham,200 gr slices of red Leicester cheese,mustard, sesame seeds.
Roll out puff pastry and cut circles (8 cm diam).Using the same cutter,cut the ham and the cheese.
Line a tray with baking paper.Put a circle of pastry,put over a circle of ham ,a circle of cheese and another circle of pastry,then cut like is shows in photo, twist each petal,brush each flower with mustard and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake in preheated oven to 200 C, for 15 -20 mins.
