Stuffed eggs with German salami - Oua umplute - Uova ripiene

How to make :
Ingredients : 10 hard boiled eggs,100 gr chopped German salami,1/2 tsp horseradish,1/2 tsp
mustard,salt,2 tbs single cream,oil,lemon.
Cut the eggs in halves.Mix the yolks with mustard,horseradish,salt,chopped salami and stuff the halves of the eggs.
Make the mayonnaise from:1 raw yolk,1 boiled yolk,oil,lemon,salt,then add 2 tbs single cream ad pour the mixture on top of the eggs.
Decorate with green parsley or chopped spring onion.

mustard,salt,2 tbs single cream,oil,lemon.
Cut the eggs in halves.Mix the yolks with mustard,horseradish,salt,chopped ham and stuff the halves eggs.
Make the mayonnaise from:1 raw yolk,1 boiled yolk,oil,lemon,salt,then add 2 tbs single cream ad pour the mixture on top of the eggs.

Stuffed yogurt eggs - Oua umplute cu iaurt

How to make : 

Ingredients : 10 hard boiled eggs,50 ml yogurt,1/2 tsp mustard,salt,2 tbs chopped spring onion,2 tbs olive oil.

Cut the eggs in halves.

Mix the yolks with mustard,olive oil,salt,yogurt,chopped spring onion and stuff the halves of the eggs.

Decorate with chopped spring onion or chives or green parsley.
