Coffee cake - Tort cu cafea - Torta al caffe
Chocolate and vanilla sponge cake filled with coffee mousse, Irish cream,cocoa,cherry jam.

Thank you Irena for baking two more fantastic cakes for me for my family. My Son's first birthday cake (Dinosaurs)was brilliant, I spoke to Irena and said would it be possible to have a dinosaur on the top and she took my sons shoe, traced a pattern and then came up with this most fantastic 3D dinosaur cake. The taste of the cake itself was light and refreshing and so tasty most of my guests on my son's birthday wanted a second piece. My mum's birthday, the following day, Irena made the Roses cake. My mum is not a sweet toothed person so I asked Irena to make it with a lemon flavour. The cake again looked stunning and its amazing how she can make a 3d heart shaped box and the roses were prefect. The taste was very light and the lemon subtle flavour was gorgeous. Normally my mum would only eat one piece of cake in probably a month but she had two pieces of Irena's cake in one day. My mum said that it was absolutely lovely and such a surprise for her 65th birthday! Irena has such a talent that I am now asking her to make another cake to say thank you to someone.... I wonder what she is going to come up with next for me! I am so impressed that I am telling everybody how clever she is with her cake making! Please if you require a cake making try one of Irena. I promise you, you will not be disappointed at all!
