How to make:
1/2 kg mash potatoes,2 eggs,150 gr grated cheese,150 gr flour,salt,1/4 teaspoon dried yeast, a good handful of chopped fresh parsley,pepper, mix until well blended and form into little balls .Fry into a frying pan with 200 ml oil, at heat over medium-high heat and fry until browned. Dry on absorbent paper/towel and serve hot.
