Salmon alla puttanesca sauce & polenta - Somon alla putanesc






















How to make Puttanesca sauce: 2cloves garlic,1/2 tsp dried chili flakes,5 anchovy fillets,4tbsp olive oil,800g chopped tomatoes,1chopped onion,1/2 chopped red pepper,100gr black olives,1/2 tsp sugar,1tbsp capers,.Warm 2 thinly sliced cloves of garlic,1chopped onion,half chopped pepper,half a tsp of dried chili flakes,and 5 anchovy fillets in a frying pan with 4 tbsp olive oil.Stir as it cooks for a couple of minutes until anchovies start to disintegrate.Turn up the heat and add 800 g chopped tomatoes,1/2 tsp sugar.Leave to cook for 20 min or so.When the sauce is ready,stir in 100 g black olives and 1 tbsp of capers.
Cook 6 salmon fillets into the oven for 20 min at 200 Celsius,allow to cool 5 min and add the puttanesca sauce.Serve with polenta and garlic sauce.
This sauce you can have it with grilled chicken,turkey,lamb,beef or with spaghetti.
