Tetris cake - Tort Tetris - Torta Tetris



How to make :
Base : Chocolate sponge cake
Filling 1: chocolate mousse
Filling 2 : strawberry jam and double cream
Covered : apricot glaze and fondant icing sugar
Decorated : fondant icing sugar.
