Beef paprikash - Paprikas de vita










How to make:
Ingredients: 700 gr beef meat,2 chopped onions,3 chopped cloves garlic,3 red peppers sliced ,1/2 chili sliced,1/2 teaspoon paprika,100 ml tomatoes juice,3 tablespoons chopped tomatoes,2 teaspoons sugar,pinch of salt,300 ml beef stock/water,olive oil,1 small bunch parsley chopped.
For dumplings :2 eggs,6 tablespoons flour,salt, stir until it become thick and form the dumplings.
Soured cream to serve.
Brown the beef in 2 tablespoons olive oil,add onions,garlic,red peppers,chili,paprika,salt and cook until softened.Add 300 ml beef stock or water,put on a lid and cook for 2 hours or so,until beef is really tender.Add chopped tomatoes,tomatoes juice,sugar and dumplings then cook for another 10-15 min.Stir in the parsley.
