Base : 200gr flour,250gr sugar,70gr cocoa,450ml milk,35ml oil,1 tsp baking soda.
Filling: 400ml double cream,100gr cherry jam,200gr fruit filling red cherry.Mix the flour with baking soda,sugar and cocoa,then add the milk and the oil gradually.Consistency will be very liquid but it should be.Pour the mixture into a 24 cm diameter baking try on a baking paper and bake at 160 C for 40 mins.Allow the base to cool and cut into 2 parts.Mix cherry jam
with whipped cream and red cherry filling and pour on the first part of the base.
Cut the second part of the base into 8 slices and arrange it on top of the cherry mixture.Decorate and allow to chill for 2 hours.
