How to make:
Sheets: 1 egg,12 tablespoons sugar,12 tablespoons milk,12 tablespoons oil,1 teaspoon baking soda,grated zest of 1 lemon,350 - 400 gr flour.Mix the ingredients and finally add the flour.The dough is divided into 3-4 parts.Roll each part into a sheet ,bake it on the back of a try (25x30 cm)greased with a little bit oil.Bake the sheets at 180 Celsius for about 5 minutes.
Lemon cream: 700 ml milk,200 gr sugar,vanilla,juice of 2-3 lemons,5 tablespoons flour,150 gr butter.Mix sugar,milk,flour,vanilla and bake until get a cream consistency of thick cream,and after the cream has cooled add the lemon juice and the butter beforehand.
Lay the first sheet into a baking try,add one part of the lemon cream,then another sheet and so on.Cover the cake with lemon cream,decorate and allow to cool for 6 hours.
