Ingredients: 4 medium butterhead lettuce,250 gr ham,4 onion,3 cloves garlic,250 ml cream,2 yolk eggs,pepper,50 gr melted butter,2 l vegetable stock.
Melt the butter into a saucepan,add chopped ham and cook for 8-10 min,add chopped onion,garlic,pepper and cook until completely soft.
Trim the base of it lettuce then slice and add into a sauce pan with ham,onions and garlic,then add vegetable stock and boil for about 20 min.
Mix the cream with yolks and add it into the soup, then cook for another 5 min.
