Strawberry & chocolate cake - Tort cu capsuni si ciocolata - Torta al cioccolato e fragole


















How to make:
Base 1: 115 gr flour,115 gr sugar,3 eggs.
Base 2: 30 gr flour,30 gr sugar,1 white egg,30 gr butter,10 gr cocoa.
Strawberry mousse: 150 gr strawberry,10 gr gelatin,150 gr white chocolate,400 gr beaten cream,50 gr sugar.
Glaze: 200 gr white chocolate,50 gr milk chocolate,200 gr single cream,6 gr gelatin.
Syrup: 100 ml hot water mix with 4 tbs strawberry jam.
Ornate: 100 gr strawberry,100 gr cream.
Start with base 2.Mix the ingredients and pour on to a baking paper,in to a baking try, make some strips and put into the freezer.
Base 1 - mix the ingredients and pour on top at the first base.Bake into the preheat oven 180 C for 10 min.Allow to cool and then cut it and "dress"a cake try (25 cm).
Strawberry mousse: pour 250 ml cream into a pan,on a medium heat,add the white chocolate,and stir until the chocolate is melted then add the gelatin allow to cool.
Mix the strawberry with 50 gr sugar,on the medium heat,for 10 min.Allow to cool and stir together with the mix of cream and chocolate,gelatin,then add another 200 gr beaten cream.
Pour the syrup on the base into a baking cake.Pour the mousse into a cake try on top at the base.
Prepare the glaze: melt the chocolate into a cream,on the medium heat,allow to cool and add the gelatin,then pour on top of strawberry mousse.
Put the cake into the fridge for 2 hours and then decorate with strawberry and beaten cream.
