Apple crumble - Crumble de mere














How to make: 500 gr apples,peeled,cored and cut into 2cm pieces,100 gr brown sugar,100 gr butter,200 gr flour, 1/4 tsp cinnamon,50 gr sultans.
Mix well the flour,sugar and the butter until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
Preheat the oven at 180 C.
Place the apples in a buttered ceramic dish ,25x25 cm,place the sultanas,cinnamon and sprinkle the crumbled mixture on top.
Bake into the oven for 30 - 40 min until the crumble is browned .
Serve with custard or ice cream or thick cream.
