How to make: 3 courgettes,2 eggs,50 ml cream,50 gr grated cheese,50 gr brie cheese,1 chopped clove garlic,4 tbs breadcrumb,salt,pepper,1 tbs olive oil.
Cut the courgettes in slices.Grease a ceramic dish with olive oil,2 tbs breadcrumb,lay the slices of courgettes,add grated cheese,brie,garlic,salt pepper,then lay again courgettes,grated cheese,2tbs breadcrumb.Mix the eggs with cream and pour on top of courgettes,then bake into the oven at 180 C for 25-30 min.
