Base: 150 gr butter,200 gr flour,200gr ground almonds /walnut,stir together and bake into the oven at 180 C for 15-20 min.
Cream: 500 gr sugar,125 ml water,6 teaspoons instant coffee ,boil together for 20 - 25 mins,then mix with 6 white eggs very well beaten, then pour on top of base and bake for 45-50 min.Allow to cool and decorate with 150 gr beaten cream and chocolate.
