Raspberry jam and almonds cake - Prajitura cu migdale si gem de zmeura









 How to make: 300 gr raspberry jam,70 gr almonds,300 gr flour,100 ml oil,1 egg,1 yolk,75 ml milk,1tsp baking soda,zest from 1 lemon.
Stir together flour,baking soda,add the oil,egg,yolk,milk,sugar mix and put into the fridge for 30 minutes.
Roll a sheet for a baking try 25x25 cm,pour the jam and add the almonds.Bake into the oven at 180 C for 30 min.Allow to cool and cut it.
