Crepes with turkey meat - Clatite cu carne de curcan



























How to make :
Crepes :2 eggs,110 gr plain flour,200 ml milk,75 ml sparkling water,pinch of salt,2 tbs oil,stir all together.
Melt 50 gr butter in a pan.Spoon 2 tbsp of it into the batter and whisk it in ,then pour the rest into a bowl and use it to lubricate the pan.Get the pan( 18 cm/diam)really hot ,then turn the heat to medium and pour 2 tbs of mixture.It should take half a minute or so to cook,then flip the pancake over the other side will need only few seconds.Slide it out onto a plate and fill it.
Filling : 500 gr mince turkey meat,150 gr chopped mushroom,1chopped onion,50 ml tomatoes juice,2 1 tbs sugar,salt,pepper,100 gr grated cheese.
Fry the mince until browned all over,add and gently fry the onion and mushrooms,then add the tomatoes  juice,salt,pepper,sugar and cook for further 20 mins.
After filling the crepes,sprinkle over 4 tbs double cream and 4 tbs of grated cheese,and bake for 8 mins into the oven at 160 C.
