Daisy cake - Tort Margarete - Torta con margherite


How to make :
The cake is similar with Carol fondant cake.
Base : chocolate sponge cake.
Filling 1 : Raspberry jam and double cream.
Filling 2 : Dark and white chocolate mousse.
Covered with fondant icing sugar.
Ornaments : fondant icing sugar and edible yellow pearls.
