How to make: 150 gr white chocolate,50 gr sugar,1 tsp baking soda,4 eggs, 100 gr butter,100 gr flour,vanilla essence,18 candid cherry.
Melt the butter,separate melt the chocolate and set aside.Preheat the oven at 180 C.
Mix the eggs with sugar,add the flour and baking soda,then add chocolate,vanilla,butter and stir well.
Pour the mixture into shells paper ,add 1 cherry into each cupcake and bake at 180 C for about 30 mins.
Decorate with fondant icing sugar,or butter cream or royal icing sugar.
