Blueberries cake - Prajitura cu afine - Dolce al mirtillo

How to make :
Ingredients : 250 gr blueberries,3 eggs,200 gr flour,100 gr sugar,100 ml double cream or 100 ml yogurt  ,4 tbs oil,1/2 tsp vanilla extract,1 tsp baking soda.

Preheat the oven to 200 C.

Grease and flour or line a baking paper in a 25 cm diameter or 25 cm x 28 cm baking dish.

Stir together the eggs with sugar,add the oil,cream or yogurt,vanilla,flour and baking soda.Pour the mixture into a baking dish,add blueberries on top of the mixture.

Bake at 200 C for 25 - 35 min.Allow to cool and sprinkle over the cake some icing sugar.
