How to make:
Base: 5 eggs,5 tbs water,10 tbs sugar,10 tbs flour,vanilla essence. The base is similar with the base for Carol cake.
Filling 1 - Chocolate mousse: 150 gr milk chocolate,2 eggs,50 ml instant coffee,200 ml double cream.The recipe is similar with the chocolate mouse from Triple chocolate cake.
Filling 2 - 200 ml double cream mixed with 150 gr strawberry jam.
Moisture : 150 ml instant coffee & 50 ml Irish cream Baileys.
Glaze: 150 ml water,150 ml double cream,200 gr sugar,50 gr cocoa,8 gr gelatin.Mix the water,sugar,cocoa,cream on lower heat for about 10 mins,allow to cool and add the gelatin which was mixed with 5 tbs water.Leave the glaze in fridge for 1 hour,then pour with care over the cake.Allow to cool for 2 hours and decorate.
