Blackberry cake - Prajitura cu mure - Torta con more
















How to make :
Ingredients : 150 gr blackberries,3 eggs,200 gr flour,100 gr sugar,100 ml double cream or 100 ml yogurt,4 tbs oil,1/2 tsp vanilla extract,1 tsp baking soda.
Preheat the oven to 200 C.
Grease and flour or line with baking paper a 25 cm diameter (or 25 cm x 28 cm) baking dish.
Stir together the eggs with sugar,add the oil,cream or yogurt,vanilla extract,flour and baking soda.Pour the mixture into a baking dish and arrange randomly the fruits on top of the mixture.
Bake at 200 C for 25 - 35 mins.Allow to cool,sprinkle over the cake some icing sugar and serve.
Serving ideas : the cake can be served with double cream or vanilla curd.

Cum se prepara :
Ingrediente : 150 gr mure,3 oua,200 gr faina,100 gr zahar,100 ml smantana sau iaurt,4 linguri ulei,1/2 lingurita esenta vanilie,1 lingurita praf de copt sau bicarbonat.
Se preincalzeste cuptorul la 200 C.
Se amesteca ouale cu zaharul,uleiul,smantana sau iaurtul,vanilia,apoi se adauga faina si praful de copt.
Se aseaza hartia de copt intr un vas termorezistent cu diam de 25 cm (sau 25cmx28cm).
Se toarna amestecul de mai sus in vas,se aseaza fructele si se coace la 200 C timp de 25 - 35 minute.Se lasa sa se raceasca,se pudreaza cu zahar pudra si se serveste.
