Snowman cake - Tort om de zapada - Torta l'uomo di neve

How to make :
Base : lemon  sponge cake.
                     Filling 1 : lemon curd and double cream.
            Filling 2 : white chocolate mousse.
Cover with vanilla butter cream and fondant icing sugar.
Decorated with fondant icing sugar.
