Filling :
How to make :
Base : 100 gr chocolate,80 gr butter,80 gr sugar,2 eggs,3 tbs flour,1 tsp rom flavoring.
Melt the chocolate and the butter,add sugar,yolks,rum flavoring and mix /stir together,then add the whites egg very well beaten.Bake in to a baking try (25 cm diam),into the oven at 160 C,for 20 - 25 mins.Allow to cool.
Filling : 6 eggs,12 tbs sugar mix together on steam until the mixture will become thick,then allow to cool.
Separate mix 100 gr butter with 100 gr cocoa,add the mixture into the mixture of eggs.Add 4 tbs chopped walnuts,100 gr cherry from the filling cherry can,2 tbs rum flavoring,1- tbs sultanas,1 tbs orange glazed/candied peel.
Lay the wrapping film into the baking try,pour the filling,put the base on top and pour 4 tbs of Irish cream,then allow to cool at least 12 hours to 24 hours.Upside down the cake and decorate.
