Croissants










How to make :
Puff pastry : water,flour,salt,butter,sugar.
Roll the dough and cut into triangles.From the small side,roll the dough to form croissant.Place on the baking try approx 5-7 cm apart.Place in the oven and bake for 20 mins at 200 C,or until golden brown.
