How to make :
Base : 5 eggs,5 tbs water,10 tbs sugar,10 tbs flour,1 tbs rum essence.
Mix together white of eggs and water until colors of the eggs will become almost white and will doubled in its volume,then add sugar little by little until the mixture will be come thick.Add the rum essence,add the yolks and mix well,add sifted flour and mix gentle with a tablespoon.Pour on to a baking paper,into the baking try with diameter of 25 cm (or a square baking try 25 cm) .Bake into the oven for 25 - 35 min at 160 Celsius.Allow to cool and cut the base into 2 equal parts.
Filling : 4 tbs cocoa,4 tbs sugar, 6 tbs water,50 gr butter,1 tbs rum essence,6 tbs nutella, 60 gr grated desiccated coconut.
Mix the water,sugar,cocoa and the butter on a low heat.Allow to cool add the rum essence and incorporate nutella.
Lay half of the filling on the first part of the base,add 50 gr desiccated grated coconut,add the second part of the base, cover the cake with the rest of the cream and decorate with grated coconut. Allow to cool for 2 hours before serving.
