How to make :
Crust : 2 cups flour, 1 tsp salt,1/2 cup oil,1/4 cup milk.Stir all together and rest in fridge for at least 30 mins. Roll out 2 crusts for 25 cm pie.
Filling : 350- 400 gr blueberries,3/4 cup sugar,3 tbs breadcrumb, 1/4 cup flour,2 tbs butter,mix all together.
Preheat the oven to 220 C.
Put the bottom crust in a pie pan,put 3 tbs breadcrumb,add the filling,top with the second crust and pinch together.Cut two slits on the top of the pie and bake for about 25-30 mins at 220 C.
Serve cold or hot, with or without cream.
